ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Text your stylist to notify them you’ve arrived & register your license plate on our front desk tablet if you’ve used our complimentary guest parking.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may need to shorten, adjust or rebook your appt. This will be done at their discretion, based on their availability that day so other clients appointments will not be impacted.

PARKING

We offer complimentary underground guest parking. Once you arrive, register your vehicle on our front desk tablet, failure to do so may incur a parking ticket. Please ask your stylist for the information and access code to the private parkade before your appt. Any tickets incurred by clients for failing to register their vehicle are the sole responsibility of client’s, not our team.

IF YOUR STYLIST IS RUNNING BEHIND

Due to the artistic nature of our work, there are times our team may run behind. We do our best to notify clients within a timely manner. Please ensure your contact info is up to date with your stylist, as well as check your notifications the day of your appt.

DOGS

We currently allow well behaved/well mannered dogs on leash only. If your dog is vocal, we ask that you make arrangements for your pet and arrive solo. We want all guests to enjoy their appointments.

SERVICES

Due to the artistic nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on services or service guarantees. Each individual service is unique, and executed only after a thorough consultation has been done. We expect and require each client to fully disclose their hair history in its entirety to perform the service you are requesting. Failure to disclose and withhold any information may result in a less desirable outcome, with more appts required at an additional rate.
